Diane Klein

Diane Klein is a retired speech/language pathologist and professor of

Deaf Education. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with her husband

and two kitties. She loves travel (has visited six of the seven continents), adventuring (white water rafting, skydiving, hot air ballooning), reading,

and spending quality time with friends and family. During those times,

many stories were shared, and serendipitously, Diane met Tim, who also

loved to create stories. Tossing about tales happily resulted in a

transatlantic writing foray into the world of children’s literature. Diane is

the author of three textbooks in the field of Deaf Education but

considers her greatest writing accomplishment the completion of

The Mystery of the Wailing Woods. The book has won rave reviews from

her granddaughter, the most important critic of them all! Diane hopes

you all enjoy it as well.
